If the item is pending, we are waiting for payment to be made.

If the item is sold, we are still able to do remakes. Do enquire with us.

If the item is sold out, means we are unable to do remakes.

We accept ATM transfers to our POSB/UOB account and payment has to be made within 3days. The account details will be sent to the buyer via email.

The local postage fee will be ranged from $1 to $3 depending on the weight. As for registered mails, there will be an additional charge of $2.20.

We strongly encourage registered mail as we will not hold responsibility for mails sent out by normal post.
